Vitigni:  85% Merlot - 15 % Cabernet

Lo Scudiero Borgo la Caccia ha come caratteristica distintiva la freschezza che unita alla piacevolezza tipica del vitigno Merlot, lo rendono il vino ideale per il consumo quotidiano e le serate conviviali. L’affinamento avviene in acciaio per un anno e successivamente in bottiglia per 2/3 mesi. E’ un vino
estremamente versatile con aromi prevalenti di frutta matura, in perfetto equilibrio con I tannini morbidi. Ottimo
come aperitivo, si accompagna ai primi piatti, antipasti e carni rosse, selvaggina, formaggi e salumi. La temperatura ideale di servizio è 16°- 18°.

Borgo la Caccia’s Scudiero has a pleasant freshness combined with the typical agreeableness of the Merlot wine variety. These characteristics make it the perfect every day wine ideal for dinners and parties with friends. The
wine making is done in stainless steel tanks as well as the ageing in addition to 2/3 months in bottle. It is an extremely
versatile wine with an intense fragrance of excelling fruit balanced with soft tannins. The flavour is fragrant, round
with a fruity aftertaste. Perfect as aperitif, goes well with pasta and risotto, starters, red meat, and sost cheese. To be served at a temperature of 16°C - 18°C.
